I ride a drz and wish a 701 was an option for me. They actually weigh almost exactly the same, around 320 pounds but the 701 makes more than double the power with modern tech throughout. It became boring to ride on the street while staying within reasonable safety limits, and my ratio of street-to-track riding transitioned from mostly street to entirely track (and dirt) riding. In fact, my most recent purchase (Husky FS450) was purposefully a track-only bike so that I wouldn’t be tempted to do dumb stuff on public roads.
i ride supermoto every day no problem what so ever, bad points everyone tries to steal them but service is easy to do your self, usual supermoto service is just draining oil an putting new oil in an new filter simple as that, all my sperbikes have had many more issues then my supermoto, if your lazy dont ride a bike its not for you, most bikers Yes this video is old, BUT ITS FINALLY HERE!Please LIKE & SUBSCRIBE! Tracks are usually 75% asphalt (usually kart tracks) and with a 25% off road dirt section with jumps and berms.
